After booking you will need to complete an online ID check. This must be done before you move in.

Access to the storage site is Monday - Sunday 7am - 7pm.

Please ensure you call us to arrange a time to pick up the keys for your container prior to arriving at site.  You will also need to sign the contract and bring your ID to site when you come.

Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm.  However, prior booking is necessary.

 

Your card will automatically be charged on renewal date every month in advance. Late fees may be added to your account if payments are overdue. You can view all invoices and receipts in our Customer Portal, once you've created an account. 

 

You can cancel in person, over the phone, or by logging into your account online. You will need to give us one calendar month to cancel. We will then be able to work out a final invoice payment for your remaining term. 

You won’t be charged anything until your move in day. Cancel anytime before for free.
